Rubbish app. Sharing device doesn't work. Want to be able to use Air Fryer from my and my partner's phone. Setup device from my phone and share the device to my partner. She logs in and there is no device there. I try to add the device and it says it's owned by another user. Next time I open this app and tap to connect to my device it says it is not selected. It shouldn't be this hard. EDIT: turns out the app is very very slow. When sharing, I just had to wait for the app and it worked.

Got the XXL Air Fryer and love it... Except the smoking but I'm slowly working to deal with that. Anyway, I love this app, the recipes are quick, easy, and delicious. I am definitely looking forward to seeing more added so I can try them out. Only reason I gave a 4 start is because the app at times can be a bit laggy. Other than that, no issues.

Once you get in, it's good, but the reactions are slow. It took ages before the email with the code to verify my email address arrived, although the app said 'has been sent'. Also the live chat isn't particularly prompt, nor the English correct. I don't know if that's because I'm in Germany and they expect to be answering in German, or whether the representatives are Chinese or whatever. I'll try German next time, then I'll know. It bugged me.
