New update,and the map is gone!!! Delivery options are reduced year by year, and most are not delivering during rush hour in the Marina area. I enjoyed the services of this app for a few years, but we're thinking of canceling it for 2026 if this downward trend continues. Map is the most important feature to find the restaurant. I can't comprehend why your product manager thought it's a good idea to remove it! for now, I give 3 stars hopping to change it back to 5 If things got fixed.

The app went down at the exact moment we were going to pay. Network ok. Gave us 20 minute delay in our schedule and more hassle on the part of the outlet. We have had to find a way prove that we were eating at a partner establishment. Hence both the establishment and us had to get the necessary evidence for you or we would have had to pay the full bill. When all the evidence which included the receipt, menu and your app downscreen was gathered, suddenly the app started working again. 2 stars.

New updates, new disappointments. No map in redesign? Seriously? You propose me to choose location from all neighborhoods in the UAE instead! I am not sure how to search for restaurants anymore. But horrible restaurant categorisation is still there, which pushes me to open 5 tabs instead one. I am disappointed that the basic navigation got worse while AI assistant does not add value. Still no deep links while sharing the item. Literally I am failing to find where to go today.
