In the last few months, the app has been glitching. It keeps sending me notifications for deliveries that have been gone for hours. when I click the notifications, it says the batch is already gone. yeah, it's been gone for hours. Someone shopped it and delivered it already, and somehow, it's still sending notifications for the order that's been done already! I'll open the app, and it will have orders on the screen that it never notified me of. black screen during shopping and items not scanning

Pay is too low we depend on customers to give a good tip. My account has been under review for almost 2 weeks now. A picture of my own face didn't pass the verification check. I reached out to "specialists" who took 30 minutes just to tell me my problem has been forwarded to a different team who will email me. If you ever have a problem with their app plan to spend at least 30-60 minutes on a simple issue.

Is this the only place to leave app feedback? Some things have been fixed, thankfully, but I've noticed: 1. If a mistake has been made at checkout, like items swapped, it's not mentioned to drivers until AFTER delivery (if 1 shop/1del), so we are hoping to make it back to the store before the customer picks up. 2. When getting meats, if it weighs more than listed it won't let you add even if deleted and added or okay'd by customer. Also need to add plastic or paper bags somewhere before checkout
