what is the point of customer support if they're not going to give support. Especially, it states in the FAQ section if this doesn't work reach out to our support team. I reach out for additional help/support not to get the same answer that I had already tried several times. If the instructions had work there was no need for me to reach out to the customer support team. Since my sensor didn't scan and didn't connect then costing me an additional $900 that I could have avoided in the first place

 It worked the first time I used it. Now it refuses to scan. I can see the device via Bluetooth just fine, but the "scan" button just spins then...nothing. So if you buy one of these, do not subscribe. They will take your $99 and run, claiming they "cannot locate a purchase of the app" when you provide the Google Play store receipt. It's been months now and I have no working FIXD scanner and no refund.

Deceptive and/or Misleading sales hype; and they don't clearly state that you will be automatically signed up for the subscription. Additionally, the company keep trying to deduct money from my account for $99.00; after I called last year and cancelled the subscription and asked for a refund $99.00, which I didn't received. And today I noticed they are trying to deduct $99.00 again from my bank account!!! Ridiculous, make it make sense!
