Get a Senheiser Ambeo!. The app is below 2025 standards. it doesnt fully recognise Heston 120.I have a lot of issues connecting to the sound bar and a terrible overall experience. I will return the heston 120 and cancel the Heston 200 order. For the crazy price of 1500 Euro the connecting experience should be seamless.

Heston 120 with Heston Sub 200 - iPhone app works perfectly, Android app still has issues. Bluetooth connection is not working. Android phone sees Heston 120 and Heston Sub 200 devices via Bluetooth, but app is unable to connect to them. App version v1.1.0

Thanks for sharing, sounds frustrating. Try unplugging your Heston 120 and Sub 200, close the app fully, then reopen it. If the issue sticks around, please reach out to support so we can take a closer look

can I give this less than 0? Will not connect over Bluetooth or wifi. The subwoofer does not produce any sound and the Heston 60 isn't supported. Even the Heston 120 has horrible sound quality. Stay away from all their sound bars!!!!!
