ServiceNow Events

This app is borderline unusable for me, I can barely open my session without it crashing or displaying Invalid DateTime. The catalog would constantly just refresh itself back to the top of the screen. The survey menu would always have a notification as if I had something to fill out. I could only open 1 menu before closing and re-opening the app. Since the back button was guaranteed to freeze everything up. 2 stars because the maps worked great.

App is unusable. Crashes every time I try to use it. It's impossible to scroll through the list of sessions because the app will time out, and hard crash. Being the soul method of navigating knowledge, it needs to work, but it doesn't.

I understand why the makers would want to make this app be powered by ServiceNow, but in practice that means the app wants a constant connection to a notoriously slow, complex and vast database. But that's fine as long as you're not using this in a situation where thousands of users are all making system requests at once. Like. . . at a large scale corporate event. Oh. Oh dear. . . Let this be a lesson to all you designers to at least think about the conditions where your app will be used!
