Warning before you sign up. Individual only. If you have a family/household you head, you must sign up for an account for each person. That means you have to keep track of several rewards numbers, accounts, passwords etc. The points only go to the flyer, not the person who bought the tickets. Accumulation is slow because of this. Not worth it. They need a household option and the points need to go to the payer.

After installing the app, I decided to go to "My Account." This next step seemed really bizarre to me. I was already logged in but then after tapping the Account icon, I had to sign in again. Once there, all of my information was correct except one item was missing: Emergency Contact. I provided the info, and fortunately, after 24 hours, the info is still there.

Downloaded app thinking it was easier then the website... App just takes you to the website to login. No matter how many times I "reset" my password, it won't let you login and freezes the account. I've tried for several days now and all I get is frustration.
